Am I to assume that the proboard powers wish to confine those that didn't set it up to NCO ranks whilst retaining aristocratic priviledge of rank for themselves?
I sense a coup, an alternative board, a boycott coming on!
You need to explain the changes I think as ranks no longer seem to be linked to board usage |

I put something on the news ticker....
I rearranged the forum rank structure to more closely follow the army rank structure, as at a current rate we'd soon all be at the top rank.
Post counts remain the same, just a slight rearrangement of the labels.
